1. General Information

  • EFTUMA provides emotional healing and well-being sessions through techniques such as EFT, breathing therapy, and Ho’oponopono.

  • These services are intended for emotional management, self-awareness, and personal growth — they are not a substitute for medical, psychiatric, or psychological treatment.

  • By booking or using any service, you confirm that you understand this distinction.

2. Session Policy

  • Each session duration is approximately 45 minutes (unless stated otherwise).

  • The fee structure starts at ₹3000 per session, subject to change.

  • In some cases, sessions may be offered free of charge at the discretion of the therapist.

  • All sessions require prior appointment confirmation.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • You may reschedule or cancel a session at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may result in forfeiture of the session fee.

  • EFTUMA reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances (client will be notified promptly).

4. Confidentiality

  • All personal and emotional details shared during sessions are treated as strictly confidential.

  • Information will not be shared with third parties without your explicit consent, except where required by law.

5. Payment Terms

  • Payments (if applicable) are made before or immediately after the session via the approved payment methods.

  • Fees once paid are non-refundable, except in genuine cases at the discretion of EFTUMA.

6. Disclaimer

  • EFTUMA and Umadevi Vasan are not responsible for any medical, physical, or psychological outcomes that may occur following a session.

  • Clients are encouraged to seek medical advice for any physical or mental health conditions.

  • The sessions offered are for emotional balance and personal transformation purposes only.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this website — including text, images, and logo (EFTUMA) — is owned by Umadevi Vasan and may not be reproduced or redistributed without permission.

8. Changes to Terms

  • EFTUMA reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.

  • Updated terms will be reflected on this page with a new “Last Updated” date.
